POWERHOUSE DIVING CLUB

RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

LESSON GROUPS

Powerhouse Dive Club Lesson Groups are offered 1-2 times per week throughout the Fall, Winter, and Spring and provide a supportive, skill-based introduction to springboard diving. Designed for beginner and intermediate athletes, these groups focus on building strong fundamentals, body awareness, confidence, and safe progression on the boards.

Beginners learn essential skills such as jumps, lineups, basic positions, and introductory dives—no prior experience required. Intermediate divers continue building on those foundations with more advanced skills, including flips in multiple directions, improved technique, and greater dive complexity. Each athlete is encouraged to progress at their own pace in a positive environment that makes learning challenging, rewarding, and fun.

SEASONAL REC TEAMS

Powerhouse Dive Club’s seasonal rec teams are a fun and supportive way for athletes to learn, grow, and build confidence in springboard diving. Offered in both the summer and fall, each 8–10 week session welcomes divers of all experience levels—from complete beginners to athletes looking to continue developing their skills. Divers choose at least 2 days/week for practice, and with expert coaching, structured skill progression, fitness, and plenty of Powerhouse spirit, divers have the opportunity to improve, make new friends, and enjoy the excitement of diving while being part of a team.

HIGH SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP

Powerhouse Dive Club’s High School Membership is a flexible training option for high school divers who want to stay connected to the sport and continue developing their 1-meter skills. Whether preparing for the upcoming high school season, training in the off-season, or simply looking for additional board time, athletes receive focused coaching to strengthen fundamentals, refine technique, and add new dives to their lists.

With a supportive, low-pressure environment and the flexibility to train around other commitments, this program helps high school divers maintain their skills, build confidence, and stay ready to compete.
