Powerhouse Dive Club is raising funds for a dedicated diving dryland gym—a space where athletes train the skills they need in the water, on land.
Using trampolines, padded landing mats, and specialized training equipment, divers practice jumps, flips, twists, and body positions while building strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
They break challenging dives into smaller steps, repeat movements, and develop the body awareness and confidence to bring those skills to the pool.
With limited pool time and training space, this gym will give our growing team more opportunities to learn and progress.
Your donation will help provide the equipment and space to make it possible—a place where kids support each other, work through fears, and discover what they’re capable of.
